Sara Beccia concentrates her practice on domestic and international trademark, copyright, unfair competition, false advertising and internet-related matters. She has counselled and represented companies on brand protection and enforcement strategies for trademark portfolios of all sizes. Her clients benefit from her experience with counterfeiting and grey-market goods cases, as well as trademark and trade dress infringement litigation. In particular, Ms Beccia has experience assisting clients with policing and enforcing IP rights online. Currently Ms Beccia serves on the Internet Governance and Contractual Relations Sub-committee of the International Trademark Association Internet Committee and the Boston Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Steering Committee.
