Sandra Müller is an experienced IP lawyer at the Frankfurt office of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek and a member of the IP, media and technology group. Dr Müller focuses on IP litigation in trademark, design and unfair competition disputes. Her practice also involves rights clearances, IP portfolio administration, anti-counterfeiting programmes and advertising compliance. Dr Müller holds a Dr iur in comparative law on publishing agreements from the University of Osnabrück Law School. She lectures on IP and unfair competition law at the Universities of Hanover and Lisbon and volunteers as a commission member of the German National Fellowship Foundation, Germany’s largest organisation for the sponsorship of students. Dr Müller is a member of the MARQUES Education Team.
