Rolando Candanedo N is a senior partner. He graduated from the University of Chile, Juridical and Social Sciences School, in 1973 and obtained an LLM in mediation and arbitration in 2003 from the Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología. Mr Candanedo is a member of several professional associations and is an arbitrator at the World Intellectual Property Organization Arbitration and Mediation Centre and at the Panamanian Conciliation and Mediation Centre. He is the author of Corporations, Industrial Property and Banking Legislation in Panama (1981), The Utility Model and the Design in Panama (1988) and The Guidebook for the Registry of Marks in Panama (1989). His practice focuses on IP litigation, licensing and mediation.
