Rani Mallick focuses on trademark and unfair competition law, as well as design and copyright law. She represents and advises clients from different industries in the international fight against parallel imports, imitations and counterfeits, as well as in product design protection. Dr Mallick is a lecturer in trademark and copyright law at the International School of Management. She has been named a Legal 500 next generation partner.
