Petr Holy is an associated attorney at RottRužicka & Guttmann and leads the anticounterfeiting department. He graduated with an LLC from the West Bohemian University in 1999. After two years of general attorney practice, he joined Rott, Ružicka & Guttmann. He specialises in trademark and unfair competition litigation and trials, copyright, internet domains, parallel imports and anticounterfeiting. He was admitted to the Czech Bar Association in 2004 and passed his patent attorney exams in 2006.
