Peter Schramm is a partner at Meyerlustenberger Lachenal and co-head of the firm’s trademark and design group. Dr Schramm is experienced in all aspects of IP law, including IP litigation and arbitration and the management of international trademark and design portfolios. He is well known for his trade dress and design law expertise and has been involved in several leading cases in Switzerland and abroad. He advises domestic and international clients from various industries, with a strong focus on retail, luxury brands, fashion and tool and furniture manufacturers. Dr Schramm also has considerable experience in commercial contracts such as licensing, franchising and distribution agreements.
