Paul Asiimwe

Managing Partner, Sipi Law Associates

Paul Asiimwe is the managing partner of Sipi Law Associates. He graduated from Makerere University with an LLB and later obtained an LLM in international economic law from Warwick University, United Kingdom. He handles all IP matters, including trademark and patent filings as well as copyright counsel. Other areas of expertise include telecommunications and IT, trade and investment, and land law. His practice involves both transactional work and litigation. Mr Asiimwe lectures in IP law at the Uganda Christian University Mukono. He is a member of the International Bar Association, the International Trademark Association and the Licensing Executives Society of South Africa.
