Patrycja Cielenkiewicz is a lawyer with JWP Patent and Trademark Attorneys in Warsaw. She focuses on protection and litigation in all aspects of IP law, including trademarks, designs, unfair competition, anti-counterfeiting and copyright, as well as internet-related issues. She advises international and Polish clients from industries including fashion, publishing, financial services, retail, pharmaceuticalS, technology and cosmetics.

Ms Cielenkiewicz has authored several IP publications. She graduated with honours from the University of Warsaw Faculty of Law and Administration and the Centre for American Law Studies organised jointly by the University of Florida and the University of Warsaw. She also studied at the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida as part of a student exchange programme.
