Nicole Murdoch has degrees in law (first-class honours) and electrical engineering, holds a master’s in industrial property and is a registered Australian trademark attorney.
Before entering the law, she worked in the IT industry for 10 years, which allows her to take into account the wider practical impact on her client’s businesses. She has broad experience in the information, communications and technology sectors and has advised some of the world’s largest software, mining, food production and technology companies in all aspects of their intellectual property.
