Mr Lassen Ellingsen is also involved in general and strategic trademark counselling, developing and implementing trademark protection strategies, clearance, filing and prosecution, as well as trademark oppositions and other administrative procedures, domain name issues, negotiation and drafting of trademark, copyright and domain name-related agreements, anti-counterfeiting and customs matters in Norway and abroad.
