Melissa J Tarsitano is an associate at Kestenberg Siegal Lipkus LLP. She is involved in all aspects of the firm’s IP and anti-counterfeiting practice, including assisting in trademark matters, litigation, border enforcement, domain name disputes, cybersquatting, and online and offline investigations and enforcement.

Ms Tarsitano is the chair of the Anti-Counterfeiting Committee of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (IPIC) and a regular contributor to the IPIC Unscripted Blog, as well as an active member of IPIC’s Women in IP community and the INTA Famous and Well- Known Marks Committee. Ms Tarsitano is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Ontario Bar Association. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020.
