Martin Guttmann is the managing director of Rott, Ružicka & Guttmann, Patent, Trademark and Law Office, PLC. He received his law degree in 2002 from the Faculty of Law, Charles University, Prague and his MBA in 2004 from City University Bellevue, Washington, United States. He began his career in the IP field at Rott, Ružicka & Guttmann in 2004. Mr Guttmann is a licensed attorney at law and speaks English, German and Czech. His practice includes litigation and IP matters, and he regularly advises clients on matters relating to trademark registration and infringement. Mr Guttmann also has vast experience in unfair competition claims, domain name disputes and representing clients in the fight against product piracy.
