Marieke Westgeest

Marieke Westgeest is founder and managing director of Markenizer BV. She graduated in law from Erasmus University, Rotterdam in 1993 and is a certified Benelux Association of Trademark and Design Law and European trademark and design attorney. She has worked in the IP field since her graduation, in both private practice and industry.

Ms Westgeest is a panellist for the Mediation and Arbitration Centre in Prague and can be appointed in ‘.eu’ domain name conflicts. Further, she is a frequent lecturer on trademark and design law.
