Malek Khalifeh managed the legal department at Rouse & Co International’s Dubai office before leaving to help to establish the IP division at Al Shaali & Co Advocates and Legal Consultants.

Mr Khalifeh previously held the post of legal department and corporate security director at Japan Tobacco International (the third-largest tobacco company in the world) for five years. His role oversaw all of Africa, the Middle East, Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Turkey.
