Magdalena Hrdlickova obtained her law degree from Charles University, Prague, in 1995; she did a postgraduate course in EU law at Europe College, University of Hamburg (1996), a postgraduate law course at Charles University (1995 to 1998) and a German law course at the University of Vienna and the University of Graz, Austria. Ms Hrdlickova is a qualified Czech solicitor. She specializes in mergers and acquisitions, transport law and intellectual property. With almost 10 years’ legal experience, Ms Hrdlickova has been involved in a number of M&A and transport projects, and issues concerning IP protection in the Czech Republic. She represents both national and international clients.
