Louise is a solicitor and trade mark attorney with experience in all areas of Intellectual Property. Her practice includes trade mark clearance and freedom to use and register, preparation of marks for filing and all post filing prosecution work at the European Intellectual Property Office and the Intellectual Property Office of Ireland, including oppositions.

With a strong litigation background from her years as a Disputes Resolution solicitor, Louise has a particular strength and interest in contentious IP matters. Louise also deals with all post registration dealings in trademarks such as assignments and licences of marks and post registration validity challenges.

Louise has worked as a solicitor in two of the top tier Irish law firms and as a trade mark attorney in two of the main Dublin IP firms. She is a member of APTMA, the Irish Association of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys, the Irish Law Society and Marques.
