Longzhi Yin

Longzhi Yin attended Renmin University of China, where he received his BA in 1986 and his master’s in international economics in 1989. He joined the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade in 1989 and joined China Patent Agent (HK) Ltd in 2004. He received further training on trademark law in Japan in 2007. Mr Yin handles trademark prosecution in China for Japanese clients. He lectured on trademark hotspot issues at the China Trademark Festival in 2012, 2015 and 2016. He belonged to the China Trademark Association trademark-agent test group from 2015 to 2017. Mr Yin spoke on the issue of Chinese trademarks at the Japan Stationery Association in July 2018.
