Liselott Enström has over 25 years’ experience advising clients on a wide range of trademark matters, including international portfolio management, freedom to use and the registrability of trademarks, as well as filing and prosecuting trademark applications. She is an excellent negotiator and provides clear advice in conflictmatters.

Her current client portfolio includes Kicks Kosmetikkedjan, Åhlens AB and Polygon AB. While she works for a diverse range of clients, she has particular experience in the cosmetics, beverages, fashion and automotivesectors.

Ms Enström has a talent and passion for getting to the heart of her clients’ businesses so she can understand the challenges they face. This enables her to provide the right advice at the right stage. She combines her deep experience with pragmatic and commercial advice that is simple to understand. She is friendly, down to earth and, clients say, a pleasure to workwith.

During her long career as a trademark specialist, she has worked in patent and trademark agencies, and the trademark and design departments at two law firms in Stockholm, before setting up and managing her own practice, specialising in trademark and design rights. She joined Barker Brettell Sweden AB in 2019 to help set up the new Stockholmoffice.

She is a team player, whether working with in-house attorneys, agents or other specialists. Ms Enström is focused on helping to grow the business in Sweden and developing a full spectrum of IP services for both new and existingclients.
