Per Lidman is a partner in Setterwalls’ IP technology and M&A departments. He graduated with an LLM from Lund University and is also a summa cum laude graduate from the Swedish Naval Academy.

Mr Lidman has 20 years’ experience in trademark prosecution and litigation, placing him among the most experienced Swedish trademark lawyers. Many of his core clients are found in the pharmaceutical, e-commerce and food industries. Mr Lidman has an excellent track record of client retention, as witnessed by his ever-growing client base.

He is the head of Setterwalls’ trademark, marketing and life sciences teams, but also leads on multiple patent litigation matters and supports the firm’s M&A and equity capital markets teams in technology or IP-intense projects.
