Laura Urrutia

Laura Urrutia is a junior associate in the litigation department of Brigard & Castro, where she deals with IP and unfair competition matters. She studied law at Los Andes University and is currently working on her thesis. Ms Urrutia clerked with Brigard & Urrutia and in 2003 she attended art history, French and literature courses at Parsons School of Design and New York University. Before joining Brigard & Castro, Ms Urrutia worked at a strategic communications firm where she dealt with crisis management, corporate communication strategies and M&A processes. She is fluent in Spanish, French and English.
