Karin Pomaizlova graduated from the Law Faculty of Charles University Prague in 1996. After 10 years of successful practice with Linklaters’ Prague office, she opened her own IP boutique firm in Prague in December 2008. Ms Pomaizlova is experienced in representing international clients in the area of IP enforcement, unfair competition litigation and advertising law. She has been an active participant in public discussions on legislative changes and the adoption of effective IP enforcement measures in the Czech Republic, in particular regarding the implementation of the EU IP Rights Enforcement Directive. She has been a speaker at MARQUES and ECTA conferences, and is also a member of the Licensing Executives Society.
