Julia Dickenson is a senior associate at Baker McKenzie with extensive experience in contentious IP law.

She advises a variety of clients in the luxury goods, consumer goods and digital and technology industries on trademark, design and copyright issues, with a particular focus on trademark enforcement, litigation and anti-counterfeiting. Ms Dickenson strategically advises and runs litigation and enforcement matters. She has acted before the High Court, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and European Court of Justice on copyright, trademark and design right disputes. Ms Dickenson is a member of the Business Action to Stop Counterfeiting and Piracy steering committee. She is also an active member of the International Anti-counterfeiting Coalition and the International Trademark Association Parallel Imports Committee.

Ms Dickenson regularly advises clients on complex copyright issues, particularly relating to copyright in the digital space.
