Joy Marie Tolentino is a senior associate at Hechanova Bugay Vilchez & Andaya-Racadio with more than seven years of experience in handling non-contentious and contentious IP law matters. She handles trademark search and prosecution, domain name registrations, IP recordation, FDA registrations, licence reviews and other non-contentious IP matters. She has successfully prosecuted in IP litigations involving trademark infringement, IP violations and inter partes cases such as oppositions and cancellations.
