During his career he has acted for many of the world’s leading personal care and luxury fashion brands, including a major win for Unilever in 2012 against a large-scale counterfeiter. Mr Masterson’s practice covers a wide range of IP disputes relating to infringement and ownership, as well as commercial work and strategic advice. He also has extensive experience in trademark prosecution and portfolio management.
