Jianhui Zheng is a partner at Peksung Intellectual Property Ltd. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from University of Science and Technology Beijing and an LLM from Renmin University of China. She began her IP practice in 1996. Before joining Peksung in 2004, she worked for China Patent Agent (HK) for eight years. She has prosecuted thousands of patent applications related to designs and inventions in a wide variety of technical fields – in particular, general machines, home appliances, automobiles and semiconductor devices. Ms Zheng has significant experience in invalidation proceedings before the Patent Re-examination Board and infringement litigation cases before the people’s courts.
