Jeppe Brogaard Clausen is the IP partner in MAQS Law Firm’s Copenhagen practice. He graduated from the University of Aarhus and obtained an LLM from the Katholische University Leuven in Belgium. He is the head of the MAQS international IP division covering offices in Denmark, Sweden, Poland and Estonia. MAQS IP has over the last few years increased its activities substantially to become a high-profile practice in anti-counterfeiting, custom and civil seizures work, assisting the world’s most wellknown brands. MAQS IP in Copenhagen assists in the largest number of customs seizures and civil seizures enforcing trademark rights in the region.
