Jakub Zabraniak is an associate in the IP and commercial litigation team at Allen & Overy A Pędzich sp k, and a third-year trainee advocate at the Warsaw Bar. He specialises in litigation, industrial property law and copyright law. In particular, he focuses on patent, trademark and design litigation, assisting in infringement and revocation proceedings before the civil and administrative courts and the Polish Patent Office. Mr Zabraniak also advises on all matters regarding intellectual property in M&A transactions, where he focuses on the ownership and management of IP portfolios, transfers of copyrights and licensing terms.
