İpek Yıldız Esiner

İpek Esiner is a chartered trademark and patent attorney, and an attorney at law. After her graduation from Başkent University’s faculty of law, she received an LLM in private law from Ankara University’s faculty of law.

She started her career in 2004 as an attorney at law at the Ankara Patent Bureau and was promoted to trademark department manager in 2007. In 2012, she joined Stock and is now leading the trademark opposition team, where she offers consultancy and assistance to clients with all aspects of trademarks, including creating and managing strategies for acquiring and enforcing trademark rights. She also handles proceedings before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, Turkish courts and foreign administrative bodies.
