In Hwan Kim is a foreign legal counsel in Kim & Chang's IP group. He received his BA from the University of California, Irvine, and his JD from Chapman University School of Law. Before joining Kim & Chang, Mr Kim was an associate for the IP group at Stetina, Brunda, Garred & Brucker in California. Mr Kim's practice covers a full range of IP matters, with a focus on patent prosecution and litigation, and strategic IP counselling. His expertise is in the field of biotechnology. He has also written a number of articles on patent law for various publications. Mr Kim speaks English and Korean.
