Helen Kearney practises in trademarks, copyright and designs for local and overseas clients. Her practice includes local, overseas and international trademark prosecutions, oppositions and enforcement of rights. She offers her clients strategic IP advice with a commercial focus. Prior to joining Middletons, Ms Kearney was a trademark practitioner and partner at Pipers Mills Oakley. She had previously practised as an audiologist in clinical, research and tertiary teaching positions and managed an allied health department in a public teaching hospital in Melbourne.
