Ms. Han Ah Lee has represented and advised both Korean and foreign clients on a wide range of international arbitration and cross-border litigation matters involving construction agreements, distributorship agreements, joint venture agreements and share purchase agreements.  Her main areas of practice include international arbitration cases conducted under the rules of leading arbitral institutions, such as the ICC, SIAC, and KCAB as well as ad hoc arbitrations.  Ms. Lee also advises clients on pre-arbitration procedures, challenges and enforcement of arbitral awards, and interim measures in relation to arbitration proceedings.  Ms. Lee is a native Korean speaker and is fluent in English.
