Ms. Grace Yoon specializes in international commercial arbitration and has acted as counsel in numerous international arbitration cases brought under major institutional rules, including the ICC, LCIA, SIAC, and the KCAB. She has also handled several mediations and other alternative dispute resolution matters. In addition, Ms. Yoon has wide-ranging experience in international disputes in the Latin American, European, and South East Asian regions, representing for Korean and foreign clients, and has been involved in a number of matters concerning investments into Latin America and Iberia.
