Gina Lodge has a leading role in the trademarks and brand protection team. The majority of her practice is contentious work and she has represented clients before the full range of UK and EU IP courts, including acting as advocate before the appointed person. She also has significant experience providing strategic and creative advice to clients at the pre-action stage and is skilled at negotiating great results for her clients without the need for litigation. Ms Lodge has been responsible for some of Marks & Clerk’s most high-profile non-patent cases and advises many household names.

She studied medicine before converting to law. She therefore retains an interest in the pharmaceutical sector and has advised pharmaceutical clients on parallel import issues, among others.
