A senior partner at Kasznar Leonardos and author of Taxation of Technology Transfer (1997), Gabriel F Leonardos’s practice includes litigating IP matters before the courts, providing consultion services on licensing agreements, patents, trademarks, copyrights and unfair competition, trademark prosecution and arbitration and mediation in IP and contract law. Mr Leonardos is president of the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property Ethics Committee. He is honorary president of the Brazilian-German Chamber of Commerce of Rio de Janeiro and a former president of the Brazilian chapter of the Licensing Executives Society.
