Founding partner

Fengtao Jiang has more than 16 years’ experience working in the fields of comprehensive law, commercial litigation and intellectual property. He founded Hengdu Law Firm – a full-service law firm in the IP field – in 2010 with only four staff members. Today, the firm has in excess of 350 staff, including more than 100 lawyers highly educated both in and outside of China.

Mr Jiang’s sound education, professional legal and theoretical knowledge, as well as his excellent negotiation skills, means that he can assist his clients in solving influential, complicated and intricate cases. He obtained his MBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.
