Eva Maierski represents and advises clients in trademark and design law, as well as copyright and unfair competition law. She focuses on strategic advice in the protection and defence of product designs. Ms Maierski regularly publishes on community design law. She also lectures on design law and trademark law at the International School of Management and the University of Applied Arts, Berlin.
