Esther Seow joined Davies Collison Cave LLP in 2016 as a partner in the Trade Marks Group. Esther is admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore, and is admitted to the bar in the UK as a member of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple. She is also registered as a Trade Mark, Patent and Industrial Design Agent in Malaysia.

Esther has wide ranging experience in the protection, prosecution, exploitation and enforcement of Trade Marks in Singapore. Esther has acted for a diverse range of clients across various industries, including entertainment, fashion, food and beverage, IT, luxury goods and manufacturing. In addition to providing advice in relation to trade mark matters, Esther advises on drafting and reviewing IP related agreements, including franchise and licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other commercial agreements.
