She has spoken and written extensively on these topics and is the chair of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers’ Business Constituency. She is also actively involved with the International AntiCounterfeiting Coalition and the Online Trust Alliance. Ms Cooper completed undergraduate and graduate studies in communications at San Jose State University, California.
