Edward Kelly is a partner in Tilleke & Gibbins International Ltd’s IP department and is the firm’s chief client relations officer. Mr Kelly is a graduate of Duke University and the Boston University School of Law. He was awarded an LLM in international law while studying in San Francisco, California and has completed coursework in comparative IP law at a joint programme sponsored by Chulalongkorn University and Golden Gate University in Thailand. Admitted to practise in New York and California, he specializes in both contentious and non-contentious IP matters. Mr Kelly frequently lectures and publishes on IP topics, with a special interest in developing cost-effective strategies to suppress counterfeiting operations run by organized criminal syndicates.
