Dan Plane is experienced in all facets of IP law, particularly anti-counterfeiting and IP enforcement.

Mr Plane acts on behalf of a wide range of clients, including garment manufacturers, electronics and computer companies, pharmaceutical companies and luxury goods manufacturers. Of particular note is his wealth of experience in designing and managing regional IP programmes and IP security programmes in supply chain and distribution contexts. He was previously in-house counsel with Louis Vuitton in Asia, managing its Asia- Pacific anti-counterfeiting programme.

Fluent in Chinese Mandarin, Mr Plane has practised as a China IP specialist for approximately 18 years. He is recognised as a leading practitioner by industry publications such as Managing IP Magazine, WTR 1000, Chambers and Legal 500.
