Cyril Chua is the director of Robinson LLC. He has been practising in the areas of intellectual property and technology for more than 20 years, particularly in contentious matters. During this time he has advised major clients in telecoms, software, luxury goods, automotive parts and IT companies in relation to IP enforcement and anti-counterfeiting in Asia-Pacific. He coordinates a team of multi-jurisdictional anti-counterfeiting lawyers and practitioners in the region and works closely with counsels and business units of large multinationals in the enforcement of their IP rights. He also regularly assists clients with supply chain issues, software and technology licences, copyright, trademarks and trade secrets.
