Corsin Blumenthal

Corsin Blumenthal obtained a law degree and doctorate from the University of Fribourg in 1987 and 2002 respectively. He was admitted to the Bar in 1990. After traineeships with the Department of Justice, Police and Public Health of the Canton of Graubünden in 1987 and 1988 and with a law firm the following year, Mr Blumenthal worked as an investigating magistrate for the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Canton of Graubünden from 1990 to 1994. He moved to private practice in 1994, specializing in IP law. Mr Blumenthal joined Isler & Pedrazzini AG in 1996 and became a partner in 2003. His practice focuses on trademarks, designs and models, trade names and unfair competition law. Mr Blumenthal is a member of the Board of the Swiss Patent and Trademark Attorneys Association. He speaks English and German.
