Cláudio França Loureiro is a lawyer and registered industrial property agent based in Sao Paulo. He is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association with a law degree from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. Mr Loureiro also completed an extension course at the Franklin Pierce Law Centre (United States), a specialisation in tax law at the Centro de Extensão Universitária and a specialisation in business administration at the Instituto Brasileiro de Mercados de Capitais. He practices in the areas of patent and trademark enforcement, and unfair competition.
