Chanyuan (Ashley) Zhu received her JM from Guizhou University in 2017, after obtaining a bachelor’s from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 2014 and passing the China Bar Exam in 2013. Ms Zhu joined Kangxin Partners PC in 2017, where she specialises in IP litigation, trademark protection strategy consultancy and contract drafting and reviewing. Ms Zhu has been deeply involved in a number of successful cases in the fields of IP litigation, administrative litigation, contract review and trademark application, opposition and cancellation proceedings before the China Trademark Office and the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board on behalf of clients including Shede Liquor-making Co Ltd, Unilin Industry, Flooring Industry, JAYJUN Cosmetic, JOTUN A/S, Monster, OTIS, Micro Mobility Systems AG and CDGM Glass Co Ltd.
