Carrick Robinson qualified as a patent attorney in 1999 and joined James & Wells in August 2002. Prior to joining James & Wells he worked at Keltie, a leading UK firm of patent and trademark attorneys. Mr Robinson acts for both local and overseas clients and specializes in all aspects of trademark law. He is an active member of the International Trademark Association Nontraditional Marks Committee (East Asia & Pacific Subcommittee). Mr Robinson is also qualified as a chartered accountant and, due to his previous experience in accountancy, he has a special interest in the valuation of intellectual property and general taxation issues.
