Carja Mastenbroek

Carja Mastenbroek studied law at the University of Amsterdam. She has been a lawyer since 1999 and has been working at Steinhauser Hoogenraad Advocaten since 2002. She specializes in classic IP law, with an emphasis on trademark law, copyright and advertising. She also advises regularly on marketing and labelling of foods and health products. She is active in various national and international professional associations. She is a member of the Legislation Committee of the Benelux Trademark and Design Law Association and is secretary of the Unfair Competition Team of MARQUES.
