Bruce Horowitz, a founding partner of PAZ HOROWITZ, manages the firm’s IP department and also works on licensing, international agency and distributorship, anticorruption compliance, litigation risk and settlement analysis matters. Mr Horowitz was born and raised in Ohio, United States and is a graduate of Brandeis University (1970) and the New York University Law School (JD 1976). He was admitted to the Bar in Alaska (retired 1991) and Ohio in 1985. He has been recognized by several international legal publications as a leader in international trademark law. He is a former co-chair of the American Bar Association International Section IP Committee and is an active member of the International Trademark Association.
