Brett McGuire is an executive of Rouse and country manager of Rouse’s Indonesian office. He graduated with an LLB-BA from Otago University, New Zealand. He deals with almost all aspects of IP law in Indonesia. His areas of particular experience include strategic planning to combat counterfeiting and IP theft generally. He is an adviser to the International Pharmaceutical Manufacturer Group on strategies for addressing parallel imports and counterfeit drugs.
