Barış Kalaycı co-heads Gün + Partners IP and anti-corruption practices. His IP practice focuses on trademarks, designs and copyrights.

He has been involved in numerous anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy campaigns, as well as civil litigation cases – mostly featuring preliminary injunction requests – that have covered all aspects of IP rights.

Mr Kalaycı is in charge of the firm’s in-house investigations department, which supports the investigative needs of all clients and practice groups of the firm, especially in anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy matters.

He also handles business crime and anti-corruption cases, as well as some high-profile commercial litigation cases.
