Anna Reid

Anna Reid became a partner in 2018 and primarily provides advice in relation to contentious matters, including those involving trademarks and passing off, copyright, designs and domain names. She has litigated before the IPEC and the High Court; she also has experience advising on opposition and cancellation proceedings before the EUIPO, the UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO) and the European courts. Ms Reid represents a diverse range of clients, both national and international, in sectors such as entertainment, leisure and fashion, fast-moving consumer goods, luxury goods, finance and gaming. Her expertise also extends to advising clients on their anti-counterfeiting strategies. She assists her clients with advertising and marketing law queries, including clearance work and advising on and resolving complaints.
